First-time customers paying with credit cards may need to be verified by their banks before funds are transferred, which might delay shipping time.

All orders are processed within 3 working days and shipped with Swiss Post. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Arrival times vary by country:
ORDERS INSIDE SWITZERLAND TAKE APPROXIMATELY 24 HOURS TO ARRIVe. ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION TAKE APPROXIMATELY 15-25 DAYS TO ARRIVE. ORDERS INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION TAKE APPROXIMATELY 5-15 DAYS TO ARRIVe.
Shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning they may be subject to customs fees, import fees, and taxes, which are the client’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Sandro Marzo Gmbh.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Shipped items may include taxes, duties, and import fees specific to the destination country, which are not covered by Sandro Marzo Gmbh.
If these payments are not met, the item may be returned or destroyed, and return import fees will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be given if the package is destroyed or lost once sent back to Sandro Marzo.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Orders are processed within 3 working days, but during sale seasons, there might be delays. Sandromarzo.com is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
All shipments include an official invoice with the declared value in Euro. Once orders are sent, the delivery address cannot be changed.
INSURANCE
Packages are fully insured with Swiss Post against damage, theft, and loss until signed for by the customer. Customers should not accept damaged or tampered packages and should contact customer care at shop@sandromarzo.com for support.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for refunds only. Exchanges are not offered.
Return Period
- Switzerland: Returns accepted within 5 days of receipt.
- European Union: A 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
- Rest of the World: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at shop@sandromarzo.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
You will then receive a Return Authorization with shipping instructions.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and unaltered
- In original packaging, including all accessories (bags, wrapping, etc.)
- Security seals and tags intact
- Packaged in a separate outer parcel (do not use Sandro Marzo packaging as the shipping box)
Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Currency differences at the time of return will not be compensated
- Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser
Shipping and Import Fees
All return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
Final Notes
- Sale and discounted items follow the same return policy as full-price items.

returns and exchange
If a customer is unsatisfied with their order for any reason, the items can be returned to Sandro Marzo for an exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
shipping, insurance and delivery
Orders are shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment. During sale seasons, shipping times may be delayed due to a high volume of orders.
Items are insured by Zurich Insurance Group during delivery. Once the package is signed for at the stated address by the client or gift recipient, the insurance is no longer valid, and responsibility is transferred to the customer.
promotional codes
Promotional codes can be used during checkout only once unless stated otherwise. The discount or bonus will be visible once the code is entered into the promotional code box on the checkout page and accepted. Sandromarzo.com will not refund or be held responsible for promotional codes that have not been used.
registration
